Revitalize Your Health: Forrest Yoga Master Classes

It's Time to Get Your Toes Active! Exciting News for Forrest Yoga Lovers. FYI hosts three Forrest Yoga Master Classes.

Each 2.5 hour class centers on practices to revitalize your health: riding the breath intelligently, a focused intention, and a strong connection to your body - all skills you can hone in your daily life and beyond the mat.

The room is heated to 82 degrees so you generate healing internal heat. Bring or rent 2 mats, large towel, and water.

Each 2.5 hour master class will have a different theme, a different sequence of poses, and new ways to brighten your spirit. The fee for one class is $47 or pay $127 for all three classes. Classes are not suitable for absolute beginners.
