Created by Francesca Vanegas in 2006, the Florida Yoga Institute meets Florida’s need for a comprehensive Classical Yoga teacher training. Our program draws from the collective hearts, minds, yogic journeys, and life experiences of our dream team: Francesca, Roberto, Susan, Sondra, & Raquel.
Teach Everyone
This training readies you to teach students of all abilities, physical conditions, and ages whether they are 20, 40, or 80-something. On graduation day, graduates feel fully prepared to teach everyone.

We each hold habits of body and mind. Yoga and meditation uniquely reveal our ‘weak links,’ organically guiding us toward a more pliable body and mind so we may feel more tethered to self and others. Our yoga teacher training guides students in this meaningful journey of retrieving what has been lost and in supporting others in their discoveries.
